We are currently looking to recruit a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Opium Works Team in Nicosia.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback and present results
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and modification of campaign in order to increase its effectiveness
• Ongoing management of monthly budgets across client accounts
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
• Prepare reports and analyse performance
• Identify trends and insights, keep abreast of new social media or web technologies, and digital marketing trends
• Continually review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise overall spend and performance
• Search and recommend new online partners

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 
• 2+ years of proven experience in the field 
• Previous Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools will be considered as an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and a keen eye for data
• Passionate, enthusiastic and hardworking individual
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Greek & English
