Digital Marketing Executive!
Working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Director and the Design team, the Digital Marketing Executive drives and delivers the company’s Digital strategy; manages customer accounts and is responsible for leading the tracking and analysis of all digital marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the digital marketing plan for agency & customers.
- Produce digital content to complement marketing activities for agency & customers.
- Launch optimized online adverts and reports through Google Adwords, Facebook etc.
- Lead digital campaign tracking and reporting. Use specialist knowledge to recommend, implement, and monitor website, email and digital campaign tracking mechanisms and analytical tools, such as a/b testing, Google Tag Manager and SEMRush, Hubspot Analytics, e.t.c
- Create and send HTML emails using internal email marketing system.
- Report on email performance and to improve the impact and effectiveness of email communication.
- Co-ordinate all activities in line with wider marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies and best practice in digital marketing.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Skills and experience in content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Time Management under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable ability to understand and work with new technologies
- Good communicator - influencer with good presentation skills
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
- Experience working in marketing agencies is preffered
